The request was for a light pink castle cake with Beauty and the Beast. Both tiers are chocolate layer cakes filled with dark chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse and raspberry compote. Frosted with marshmallow buttercream and covered in fondant. Towers are made out of gumpaste and Belle and the Beast is a fondant cutout hand painted with edible dust colors.
