3 tier gatsby style wedding cake. Customer required a plain cake with a touch of bling. Required a small cake but decided it needed to look big hence the false base layer, 15cm double barrelled and 10cm top. Three boards adds height and elegance plus it works with the art deco style.
Scallops to base with pearl finish. Double barrelled middle tier in rich chocolate and chocolate ganache. Top tier orange maderia.
