First wine bottle cake. 100% edible. Cake is vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. The box is homemade modelling chocolate, dyed then hand-painted. The wine bottle is gumpaste with an edible label and then hand-painted to make it shiny. The leaves are gumpaste and then brushed with a gold lustre dust. The shavings are white chocolate.
