I'm very happy to share with you my christmas inspired gingerbread cookies. It took a while to finish this project for various reasons. As you can see, there is a lot of detail in pretty much every cookie, a variety of colors throughout, and on top of everything, I have limited time to dedicate to decorating since I have two extremely active boys among other things.
