Wanted to do a post Christmas celebration cake for daughters dance class. Since most of girls were in nutcracker they couldn't exchange gifts before the holidays. Kept the polar bear, penguin and snowflakes to keep it Christmassy but tired of red and green. I thought this would be a happy way to start a new year despite Januarys snow and cold. Chocolate first layer with chocolate cream cheese buttercream and Oreos, vanilla 2nd layer with almond buttercream.
