Such a fun challenge (and my first!) I just had to give it a try! This Gingerbread Birdhouse is covered in fondant. I did the snow and icicles with royal icing and the flowers are gumpaste. The tree is RKT's covered in fondant and the birds and pinecones are fondant as well.
