I made this cake for my youngest cousins wedding a few years back, it was a monster! and i had to drive it 8hr to its destination, i decorated it with a few different tecniques, damask stenciling for the bottom tier, and piped designs for the rest, finished off with gumpaste purple roses and fresh orchids and roses, cakes were choc/coconut mud with malabu ganache, lemon cheesecake mud with lemonciello ganache and white choc mud with white choc ganach, weighed a ton when they were filled and decorated!!!
