Hee! hee! cackles the old witch as she rides through the air on her broom with her little black cat!

Tiers are 22cm and 15 cm. Top tier, white cake filled with vanilla and raspberry mousse. Bottom tier, white and strawberry cake filled with vanilla, strawberry and chocolate mousse. Both tiers are covered in swiss meringue buttercream and then with fondant.

All decorations are handmade out of fondant to which I have added tylose powder. My little daughter helped me with the pumpkins :) The witch, moon, letters and haunted house are hand cut from fondant and the flying bats are hand painted. For the stars I have used a star cutter. TFL!
