Last week I entered the Dutch Taart & Trends (Cake & Trends) Cake contest with this cake and I won 3 prizes.

The first prize for the best taste, the 1st prize for the best decoration and the 1st prize in the highest categorie Gold fo over all score.

I'm so happy with these results :-)

It was a Lemon-Ginger sponge cake filled with Lemoncurd & Vanillacream.
