* Client wanted something with owls as she loves them, but her party theme was disco and she wanted bright colours as well as WOW factor - so this is the design I came up with. She was having a UV light with glow paint so I did the paint splashes on the bottom, the 3d disco ball in the middle with the night time theme and owls on top:)
