This was my winning entry in the Salon Culinaire, Birmingham earlier this year, I tried to replicate all the categories and also included the sponsors of the competition. I tried also to animate the chef to show that maybe he had the winning entry under the silver salver. I am mainly a Hobbyist so enjoy sharing these with all of you, hope you get ideas from them.
