This was my 2012 Christmas cake for my family! I went for a Santa stuck in the chimney theme that I saw on this site although my Santa legs totally didn't go right!! The 'chimney' was covered in chocolate ganache and it was the first time that I had tried it and it was amazing!! Highly recommend using chocolate ganache =D

The santa legs and all of the decorations were Marshmallow Fondant!
