Chocolate Fillagree
Here is the groom's cake that I have been working on all week. It is white chocolate raspberry cheesecake covered in ganache with milk and dark chocolate triangles. In addition to the display cake, there were 8 more 10" cheesecakes in the cooler. This was taken before the calla lilly ivy was added to back of floating tier stand.
