I made the aquarium for me 8 years old niece Florence. She received a real aquarium with 2 goldfish, so I reproduced it on a cake. This is a vanilla cake with raspberry jam filling covered with buttercream than with fondant panels. The fish and coral are Isomalt. The plants are royal icing and the other details are fondant.
