Cake inspired by the many examples here on Cake Central .

Used homemade Marshmallow fondant ( subsituting 1/4 cup cornstarch for conf. sugar to tone down sweetness ). 3 different flavors ( see comment section below ) Wilton teal coloring gel for layers. Treasure chest found in Micheals Crafts and our daughter who said we had to have Ariel sitting on a clam shell -from another toy set ! :) Pearls were candy coated chocolate ( found in Wedding favor section ). Brown sugar for sand. Pearl icing gel for making pearl "dots". Wilton Sea life fondant mold for coral , sand dollars, and shells.
