The party had a snowflake theme. This is a pillow cake and matching smash cake (in fondant) for a 2nd birthday party. The customer had matching invitations etc. Blue was her favorite color. First time I have done a fondant smash cake. Snow lakes were made with royal icing and a stencil then allowed to dry or a couple of days. I made about 15 of them, only a few of them broke. This was my first pillow cake!
