I was asked to replicate the rosary beads that belonged to the grandmother of the little boy who this cake was for. She has passed away & it was a sentimental thing to have them for the family. It wasn't an exact replica, but other than the thread everything on the cake is edible. It's hard to see in the picture b/c of the lighting, but there is a faint pearl stripe around the bottom tier.
