The "crust" is white fondant painted with food colouring, the "sauce" is buttercrem tinted red, the "salami" is red and white fondant marbled together, rolled into a thick log then thinly sliced, the "black olives" are pieces of black fondant, the "cheese" is dessicated coconut coloured with yellow food colouring. There are also green and yellow lollies and Chicco Babies that I sliced for capsicum and pineapple.
