60Th Birthday Cake
This was a cake that I did for a friend of the family. There was a lot of weight on the bottom tier as I didn't supportl it correctly. I also found out I used 2 different 8" pans - I thought one was a nine so there wasn't enough a difference between tiers. I did the cake for nothing because I just wanted practice so at least I learned from it. They all loved it and thought it tasted wonderful, I guess that's all that matter. This cake was inspired by several CC members, Thank you
