This is a 2-tiered cake. Vanilla sponge cake coated in buttercream, then fondant. All decorations are edible except for the Deep Sea Diver's torso/head/arms. Octopus, deep sea diver, coral, seashells, seaweed, turtle and starfish all made of gumpaste/fondant mix. "Sand" is toasted coconut marshmallows, gummy fish are blowing bubbles of royal icing.
