Foncant covered oval cake with handmade anesthesia mask and gas delivery cylinder. This was made quickly and to avoid the extra weight, I wrapped a toilet paper cylinder in fondant and then painted it with silver luster dust. The gentleman receiving the cake actually invented this type of gas delivery cylinder more than 50 years ago. The cake traveled on a plane from Cleveland to St. Louis and survived beautifully.
