Yup, another one of those "buttercream exception" cakes. I am always a fondant only gal, but have made two exceptions to my rule. Buttercream only for smash cakes, ruffles and swirls. Here's our Swirl & Rose cake for Beverly. I hope you enjoyed it. I loved making this one!!
