Thanks to 'teray' for the inspiration!! This is an 8 inch chocolate cake, filled and crumbcoated with chocolate ganache. This was my first time making peonies using Collette Peters cutters. I think I would prefer if the petals were more closed...now I know for next time. Thanks for looking!
