My first and last wedding cake! I broke my rule regarding "no wedding cakes" for my nephew. I carried the bottom rich fruit cake layer and the gum paste calla lillies from Pinehurst USA to Oswestry, Shropshire UK. The other three layers are chocolate with raspberry mouse, I made them upon my arrival in the UK. After much sleep deprivation I put it all together - didn't come out quite as I imagined, but I think they liked it and it did taste really good!
