I just loved making this Santa cake for a Christmas dinner party. Everyone loved it, especially the kids :) This is a cream cheese pound cake, filled with cream cheese frosting, and fresh strawberries. Then I covered in ganache and fondant. Santa's beard was decorated with buttercream.
