This is a Christmas Cake Lezlee made Igloo is chocolate cake and butter rum icing, cover in fondant. Sheet cake is yellow cake with banana pudding and butter rum icing. All the figures trees and every thing else was done by hand using 50% fondant 50% gumpaste. And the ice where the Penquin is sliding on is piping jell.Everything made by Lezlee. And it Tasted GREAT.
