OILFIELD ROUGHNECK CAKE Greetings All I work on an drill ship out in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico, on my rig I try and make the fellas as comfortable away from home during the holidays as possible. This year for Thanksgiving I came up with an idea of a "Ugly Roughneck" cake as my center piece to my dessert and appetizer tables. This is made out of rice crispies as the base and fondant covering, I followed Super Mario instructions which were very helpfull! It is my first time trying something as huge as this, but for a novice I don't think I did too bad!
