A chicken cake! This is not my original design, that was done by Sam at Cakesaurus in Melbourne. The customer loved it so much she asked me to recreate the cake for her. I used white chocolate mud cake covered in white chocolate ganache for the chicken. Fondant was used to decorate her as well as make the chicks and the worm. The dirt is crushed up chocolate ripple biscuits. This is one of my favourite cakes!
