Course 1, Cake 3 (Course 1 Final)
Yellow cake with class BC icing...my instructor showed me how to ice the cake smoothly without too many crumbs when I was about half-way through icing this one...Hehe! Not too good at the roses yet...definitely like the victorian roses better (they're more forgiving)
Your cake looks great! For the roses, you might want to arch your petals a little, then they won't look so flat. Overall great job though!
