Messed Up Cornelli Or Sotas Or Whatever!!
Well, this is the cake I mentioned in an earlier post. The tiers went together well. But when I tried to do the lace, the bag just pooped out. So I did what I could stand to do to finish it!
Maybe you could have turned it into sotas instead of cornelli lace? Nice roses!
I don't understand what happened to the bag. The roses look nice.. look like rosebuds. :)
Yes, they are rosebuds. The bag gushed out icing at first. And then then icing wouldn't come out right. I just need more control practice with the cornelli technique.
I think it looks kinda cool and unique! :D
