Last Cake For Wilton Course 1
this was the last cake we did in course 1. i made it in such a hurry cause we were running out of time in class and i think it turned out very well. i am really getting the hang of the shell border now and love it. the icing for the roses is really killing and i know it will take practice to get it right. i dont really care for the icing bows either....lol.
Looks great! I hate the bows too. I know I won't make them anymore.

Your borders are fantastic, both the stars and the shells. I also like how smooth the edge of your roses looks. I can't make mine without the edges looking all ragged!
