This is a Pink Champagne Cake recipe that I got from Cake Central website for my boss's birthday. With the exception of the chocolate covered strawberries, everything else is made with buttercream.

LOL! Stylishbite - I just used one cup of champagne & did not finish the bottle. It tastes basically like a white cake.
