Cake To Cheer Up Mom
one of my first attempts at modelling with fondant, i like the red bird, blue bird needed more. the cake is a chocolate fudge- called for 3 sticks of butter!! also, first time i had to transport a cake for 3 hours, went o.k, but i put it too near the heater and the frosting dried out a bit much- but of course mom said it was just wonderful and perfect
