My daughter had a pool party with a fish theme but also HAD to incorporate dogs into the cake/cupcakes. This is what I came up with. I made several fondant doggie cupcake toppers along with the fish toppers and for the tower topper cake, I used gel icing for the water and made a fondant doggie that looks just like her real dog (a jack russell)
