Yep....that's an entire cheesecake in the middle of two layers of Red Velvet Cake. :) Frosted and decorated with cream cheese frosting and I added some chocolate curls on top. Made this for a friend at work who loves Red Velvet Cake and this one....was a hit!! Thanks to CC for the idea! TFL! :)
