My daughter loves The Phantom and just turned 15, I thought I would try and create a cake for her, with a mixture of ideas found and a few of my own. Bottom tier is a marble cake, the top is chocolate, both had chocolate filling, icing is buttercream, everything is edible except mask, wire and beads.
