Diamond Anniversary Cake
This cake is vanila cake coved with buttercream icing. I had to imprint the diamond pattern with the side of a ruler. If I had had more time I would have probably ordered a imprint mat. The bow is made of a gumpaste fondant mix and sprinkled with silver pearl dust. I also put black (the store was out of silver but it worked) pearl sprinkles on the corners of the diamond pattern.
