A client sent me a picture similar to this for me to recreate. Buttercream iced. I baked half circles for the top of the ice cream, (attempted to cover in fondant neatly) then used dowells all the way thru the top of the cupcake to the bottom of the board so they were secure for travel. The cherries hid the hole from the dowells.
