Solid White chocolate skull with food coloring blood. Cake was a Red Velvet/Vanilla (Dyed green) Marble cake, It looked like a moldy bloody cake, which was awesome. Cockroach crunches were made out of smashed and sculpted pirouettes, the had a nice loud crunch to them. Made for the Captain of the U.S.S Nightmare for his birthday.
