This cake was inspired by the father's tatoo of a Celtic Cross. It is frosted with buttercream. The strips, band, & celtic cross were made of fondant. The band is made of fondant/gumpaste. The celtic knots were hand tied. A few hours after delivery, the client called to say there had been an accident. I quickly repaired as best as I could. Serves 45 $285 does not include tax or delivery
