My daughter was having a sleepover for her birthday party and wanted a cake to make the theme. Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese Icing. Boy, I had a devil of a time gettng the icing to be smooth with sharp edges. Hate my icing job, but love all the other elements of the cake. The girls had so much fun picking out their fondant girl. The close up picture of the three girls at the head of the bed is the true purple color. I used a different camera and the other pictures didn't pick up the true color.
