A small Valentine's Day cake I whipped up inspired by RheaCakeQueen. It's red velvet with cheesecake mouse filling (recipe from CC) and cream cheese frosting. I sent cupcakes in this flavor to work with my husband today and now have three more people interested in wedding cakes from me. Not a bad compliment.
