I made these pumpkin cakes about 3 months into my cake baking endeavor, I began noticing that my overall fondant smoothness was improving! And I made my very first chocolate clay mouse! The three rear pumpkins are pumpkin cake with cream cheese buttercream and the front pumpkin is sweet potato cake with vanilla caramel buttercream. All of the cakes are covered in marshmallow fondant and handpainted
