These fun penguin cupcakes could make people smile around Christmas, Easter (it's made with chocolate Easter eggs) and winter in general.

I had so much fun making them. And it's really easy. The cupcake is covered in vanilla frosting and sugar to imitate the snow. I used some Chocolate Easter eggs and some fondant to make the penguins.
