Italian Cream Cake

4 layers of yumminess. I made this for 2011 Thanksgiving dinner. The cake is made from scratch with coconut and walnuts, layers are covered in a simple almond syrup, icing is homemade cream cheese frosting. The flower is gumpaste. The cake was soooooooo good and moist and I don't want to think about how many calories were in a slice!
