This is the 1st wedding cake ive made, it was a big change from the novelty carved cakes i usually do, but i had fun making it. 4 tier 12", 10", 8" vanilla sponge cake with buttercream filling, covered with ganache then fondant, and 6" sultana cake with marzipan then fondant.
