I had so much fun making this cake! The bride brought me a picture - original design by A to Z Cakes. Belt buckle inspiration came from 'Western Celebration' by kello here on CC. I found some stamps at my local JoAnns to use for the belt & belt buckle. I love how it turned out! I used a mix of fondant & modeling chocolate to cover the tiers. Cake flavors were chocolate with vanilla buttercream & cherry filling, coconut with vanilla buttercream & lime curd, and carrot with cream cheese buttercream.
