This was my first swirl rosette cake. I made it for the anniversary of my friend Katys boutique opening. It is a two layer square half chocolate, half vanilla cake covered in white chocolate buttercream. It has a stamped fondant bow and candy melt gift card plaque that was hand painted with black candy melt to look like her store logo.
