Cake I did for an 18th. The girl shows cows and wanted to incorporate a little cow on top of the giant cupcake (she wanted a grey one as she had Murray Greys). Giant Cupcake is Vanilla cake iced in buttercream with fondant over the bottom wrapper part. Cupcakes were a mix of chocolate and vanilla and iced with buttercream. Was happy with cake - apart from ribbon slipping off and marking the side (sad face). For this shot I placed a bit of plastic under the cow as the birthday girl wanted to keep it as a keepsake and I did not want the cow to go 'soggy'
