This cake is a Thomas themed cake made for a first birthday. Thomas is made from LCM bars (rice crispies) and is 100% edible. The cake its self is Chocolate mud cake with chocoate cream cheese filling and milk chocolate ganache. The fondant is a mixture of mm fondant and bakels (australian brand). Considering the drama I have ganache this cake I think it turned out really good.
